Yeah, the Wednesday.

It was happy that today passed like as usual 

and nowadays I don't know the reason but I have some troubles with sleeping.

I go to bed after 1 am usually, and my goal is to have a sleep for about 7~8 hours

but I just wake up at 6 or 7 am. It's not enough for me. because I had not enough stamina to stand for the lack of my sleep. (stand for - 참을만한 이라는 의미로 썼는데) That's literally bull shit. It makes feel so tired.

Actually it is not the first time that I had the problem with getting sleeps. 

I want to fix but I don't know the exact reason so that's difficult to have a solution for this.

Bad, bad, bad..

Okay, I wanted to just talk about how I lived on yesterday, so I'm gonna write about that.

Actually, it was nothing special. Same routine. wake up, eat breakfast, wash my face, get an English clinic, go to the office, lunch with my friend, come back to my office, sleeps (there's a space for sleeping in the place where my office is. It's absolutely great). study, go back to my home, watch porn(This is the worst thing that I had yesterday, someone might think watching porn is bad and I totally agree with that but now I'm telling that after watching porn I get so lazy and the feeling I don't want to do nothing. So, that's why I said it is 'the worst thing') and go to bed and sleep

and I woke up at damn 4:30 am. It was so .. I just want to say f words but yeah this is the blog so I'm not gonna tell but it was a real shit. real bull shit to me.

That was how my today was, and I hope I get some more sleep after my parents left the house.

BECAUSE I had sleeps less sthan 4 hours, Today I have many many appointments and have to move a lot so I need some energy to handle my tasks on today. NEED POWER.
